Sub Processors

Sequoia Connect may use some or several of the subprocessors listed below to assist in the provision of its services and products. A subprocessor is a third party engaged by Sequoia Connect that processes personal data on behalf of Sequoia Connect. Additional service or product-specific subprocessors may be identified in statements of work or other agreements. This list includes subprocessors/service providers as defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), and similar laws, as applicable.

Data may be backed up on archival data managed by a third party such as Google in the USA. Data may also be backed up to our data center and cloud providers.

4. ONLINE TOOLS

Sequoia Connect may use additional platforms and tools to provide certain services. Data subjects may be asked to provide first names, surnames, and emails to evidence completion of the training.

Sequoia Connect uses a variety of administrative subprocessors for general business operations

including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 for office productivity tools.
