After an intense voting period with over 5,000 votes, the ASEM entrepreneurial community selected our CEO, Guillermo Pérez, to be part of the new E-100 generation. This award reflects his leadership and dedication, as well as the effort and commitment of our entire team.
Yesterday, in an emotional ceremony, our company reached a milestone that fills us with pride and satisfaction as our organization received the prestigious E-100 award. This recognition symbolizes not only a personal achievement for our entire team but also a promise to continue growing and improving as an organization.
From Family Inspiration to Global Expansion
From the beginning, Guillermo has promoted the power of diversity and the unstoppable strength of women in the business world. Inspired by the bravery and perseverance of his mother, who supported her family through women-centered businesses, Guillermo founded Sequoia Connect. Today, 95% of Sequoia Connect’s team is composed of women.
Our journey has not been without challenges, especially with the onset of the pandemic and subsequent global crises. However, we have persisted and grown, consolidating our presence in the technology sector and extending our services beyond Mexican borders. Recently, we celebrated a significant milestone by opening our doors in Texas with collaborators not only from Mexico but also from India and Venezuela, an achievement that fills us with pride and motivates us to keep moving forward.
